● He was successively founder of Miallot & Partners, Senior Partner at Mazars, then Managing Director of a subsidiary of Compagnie Financière Edmond de Rothschild
● Pierre is a graduate of ESSEC
Quentin DARRAS
● Quentin joined Croissance Partenaires in 2016
● Previously he worked in the Lyon office of DC Advisory as well as in the investment fund Butler Industries
● Quentin is a graduate of EM Lyon and also has a Masters in Business Law (Lyon III University)
Thibault SOUBIRAN
● Thibault joined Croissance Partenaires in 2016
● Previously Thibault worked for an independent valuer and the Véolia Group
● Thibault is a graduate of the Sorbonne and of the Master 225 of Paris Dauphine University
Wylliam LOUBOUTIN
● Wylliam joined Croissance Partenaires in 2021
● Previously, he worked in M&A notably at Scalene Partners and Pramex International as well as in family office
● Wylliam is a graduate of the ICAM engineering school and a master’s degree in finance from EM Lyon

Virginie MARCHAND
● Virginie is co-founder of Croissance Partenaires and has more than 20 years of experience in coaching management teams within large groups and ETIs
● Within Croissance Partenaires, she carries out optimization missions for organizations in a situation of disruption (restructuring, merger – acquisition, reorganization, relocation, etc.). It also performs the functions of Office Manager
● Before co-founding Croissance Partenaires, Virginie began her career in the HR consulting division of the Mazars Group
● Virginie is a graduate of the UCO Institute of Applied Psychology and Sociology (Master 2 in clinical psychology) and of the Coaching Institute
