● He has over ten years of experience, mainly in M&A, within the teams of Edmond de Rothschild, DC Advisory and Crédit Agricole CIB. He was also CFO of Toopi Organics (FT 2030, EIC Accelerator 2023), an AgriTech start-up, where he led several fundraising rounds, following a role at Timac Agro (Roullier Group)

Virginie MARCHAND
● Virginie est co-fondateur de Croissance Partenaires et dispose de plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans le coaching d’équipes dirigeantes au sein de grands groupes et d’ETI
● Au sein de Croissance Partenaires elle réalise de missions d’optimisation des organisations en situation de rupture (restructuration, fusion – acquisition, réorganisation, délocalisation…). Elle assure également les fonctions d’Office Manager
● Avant de co-fonder Croissance Partenaires, Virginie a démarré sa carrière au sein du pôle conseil RH du Groupe Mazars
● Virginie est diplômée de l’Institut de Psychologie et de Sociologie Appliquées de l’UCO (Master 2 de psychologie clinique) et de l’Institut français du Coaching
